Hello again everyone. Please see attached for the travel itinerary and hotel costs for the March for Life trip in January. The room rates are set and we have 20 rooms blocked off for us at this time. If we need more, we will get more. You do NOT need to book your individual room at this time, but I thought I would send this now so you can start budgeting. I will send booking information at a later time.
Cost for the bus transportation is $25 per person for St. Pat's parishioners and $50 for non-parishioners. As we did last year, since St. Pat's has done such a fantastic job donating to this cause they should have the first right of refusal to take this trip. I am setting a deadline of December 21st for anyone from St. Pat's to commit to the trip before it's opened up to those outside the parish. IMPORTANT: If you are a non-parishioner and were committed to the cancelled trip in Jan. 2016 and want to attend this trip, you do NOT need to wait until after the Dec 21st deadline. Please contact me directly and let me know if you have not done so already.
The charter service that we have booked is Wiersema Charter Service out of Morrison, IL. I have used them many times for this trip and I know Larry Wiersema well. Their service is outstanding and very comfortable. See link below.
Here is the link for the Washington, PA Holiday Inn. Again, don't book any rooms online. I am only sending so you can see the accommodations.
...and here is the Westin /Arlington, VA
As I have said many times before, I realize that this trip is 3 days out of work or school, but you will not regret it and it is truly life changing...not only for you but for the most precious among us. What a great Christmas gift this would be for yourself, a family member, or a friend! Please contact me with any questions, and you will hear from me soon.
PS. Don't forget to buy your Chicken Dinner Drive-Up tickets after all Masses this weekend or next weekend. 100% of the proceeds goes toward the Right to Life committee and helping to fund this trip. Great food provided by Countryside Banquets!
May God continue to bless the unborn,
